Name reservation terms

1. About the waiting list

popage.live is a link-in-bio product for streamers, made by Traffic Popcorn. It is in early access: you can reserve a name and join the waiting list now, and pages open to approved streamers in waves.

Reserving a name is free.

2. Only your own name

You may only reserve a name that is genuinely yours: the streamer name, channel name or brand you already use.

You may not reserve the name of another streamer, creator, company, casino, brand or trademark, or any name you do not have the right to use. No impersonation, and no reserving names to hold, sell or trade.

3. One name per person

Each person may hold one reservation. We check this by email address and Telegram account, and we may remove any extra or duplicate reservations.

4. Review and approval

Every reservation is reviewed. We may approve, reject, release or reassign a reservation at our discretion, for example if it breaks these terms, if we cannot confirm it belongs to you, or if the rightful owner of a name asks for it.

Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access or a launch date.

5. A reservation is not ownership

Reserving popage.live/yourname gives you priority to use that name on popage while your reservation is active. It does not transfer ownership of the name or the address, and it cannot be sold or transferred.

6. Your details

We collect your email, Telegram username, streamer name, the platforms you stream on, your channel link and follower range. We use them to review your reservation and to contact you about popage.

While your page is coming soon, popage.live/yourname publicly shows your streamer name, platforms and channel link. Your email and Telegram username are never shown publicly.

You can ask us to remove your reservation and your details at any time.

7. 18+ and responsible gambling

popage is for people aged 18 or over. Pages that promote gambling must follow the rules of the platforms and countries they reach, and show a responsible gambling notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as popage develops. If the changes affect your reservation, we will let you know by email or Telegram.
